 This curry blend from Penang Island (Malaysia). The popularity of this blend was increased by the Australian Men and Women living and serving at Butterworth Air Base on the mainland of Malaysia. Aussie Spices had been asked by customers if they could replicate the blend for them, but was difficult so they went to Penang and had it sent to Australia, Ex-service personnel are most grateful.

Lemon Pepper Seasoning-80g

Crusted Lamb


Rack of lamb or lamb chops.

Mix enough seasoning to cover your choice of meat. Ratio of 1/4 cup bread crumbs to 1 tablespoon of Lemon Pepper Seasoning.

For a rack of lamb, brush on oil then coat with the breadcrumb mix. Bake or if using a BBQ cook on indirect method. Baste with oil half way through cooking.

For lamb Chops. Dip the chops into beaten egg and coat all over with the breadcrumb mix.
