Description
This Seasoning can be used to make Rissoles, Kebabs & Spicy Mince Meat.
No fillers only pure spices, onion, capsicum, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, allspice, garam masala, chilli and salt.
Ingredients:
300 grams mince, lamb, beef or chicken
40 grams Kebab Seasoning
1 tablespoons yoghurt
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method:
In a large bowl place the spice blend, yoghurt and oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Mould into sausage shapes ( 3 to 4 inches long and 3/4 inch round). Then push skewer through the centre, cover with cling film.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until ready to use.
Cook on the bbq plate with a dash of oil for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked.
Tip: cook on a sheet of foil sprayed with oil to prevent sticking.
Serve with pita bread and salad and yoghurt.
Also use for Hamburger and Rissole seasoning.
