Classic Beef & Vegetable Curry a great hardy meal for the colder months
40g makes approximately 4 serves
Ingredients: no fillers only pure spices, cumin, coriander, mustard, chilli, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, paprika, garlic.
A nice combination of a traditional Indian curry with the addition of vegetables in the one pot that pleased the Anglo Indian taste and was later enjoyed as a local cuisine in the more affluent homes.
The types of vegetable used would have been grown in the local area, possibly okra, snake beans etc. However the western palate enjoys potatoes, carrots, peas etc.
Acompany with rice, chutney, pickle, raita and bread (roti, parathas or naan)
NO ADDED GLUTEN, SALT or SUGAR
